I have 2 MCP Ids and want to merge them, please advise

I have 2 MCP ids and want to merge both, so that I can see all my certifications in one MCP itself.
Please advise on the process for the same.

I could not resolve the issue of merging the two MCP Ids, could not find any process which I can follow to resolve.
