How do I create a TFS/GIT build pipeline that will deploy using ftp

I want to create a build pipeline so that when I check-in to tfs-git the built app will deploy offer ftp.

The ftp IS NOT on Azure, I have my own external host.

My pipeline builds the app successfully but now I need to deploy it to an external FTP site.

I can find no instructions or details to do this can anyone help?
