My Developer E5 subscribtion have been terminated and I cannot enter my developer dashboard.

Dear Microsoft, During the last subscribtion period, my microsoft E5 sub. have been terminated. I have noticed the blogs you have posted and then I would like to delete my developer account. But I cannot enter my developer dashboard， which means I cannot do anything to my account. Could you hlep me about this situation? Thank you.
