SCIM Provisioning initially disabled users eventually enabled

Hello, Coming from this thread: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1279939/scim-provisioning-of-disabled-users?page=1&orderby=Helpful&comment=answer-1248380#newest-answer-comment. I understand disabled users are not provisioned trough SCIM but what happen when those disbaled users are enabled? They get automacally provisioned? We have to execute a provisioning on demand? We have to restart provisioning? Thanks on advance. Best regards.

    The flow is:

    1. User goes from disabled to enabled in Entra/AAD
    2. Provisioning detects change in Entra, evaluates user for provisioning
    3. If user meets all other criteria (scoping filters, has values for required attributes, etc..) it will be provisioned
