I understand disabled users are not provisioned trough SCIM but what happen when those disbaled users are enabled? They get automacally provisioned? We have to execute a provisioning on demand? We have to restart provisioning? Thanks on advance. Best regards.

And got this answer: "When a user goes from soft-deleted to active, the Entra provisioning service will activate the user in the target app, but will not automatically restore the group memberships. The target application should maintain the group memberships for the user in inactive state." The group membership will be correctly provisioned on the app side or the behaviour will be the same described in the answer in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1538525/scim-provisioning-users-disabled-and-reenabled?page=1#answer-1455977? That issue will apply. Provision on demand (against the user object) won't address this, but you can run POD against each group to force specific memberships to be checked/updated. For larger scale, you can also restart the provisioning job.
