Hello - I have set up periodic guest access reviews in Azure AD via Identity Governance, and I keep getting notified to review the same guest users over and over, even though they were approved several times. When I look at the review history, there is no entry under 'Apply result', for those two users. What could be the reason? Thank you!

Hi Andy - yes, it is enabled.
It seems the declined ones are applied OK, but the ones approved keep coming back in the review requests. Very odd. Thanks so much!
Hmmm, what happens if you apply the results manually?
I've been approving/denying manually (I get the review request emails) and both the audit logs as well as the progress show that it was done. Yet, for the approvals it seems to have no effect - a week later, I get the review request for the same users.
Is there another way of manually applying the results? Thank you!
So, I was finally able to speak to Azure support, and they confirmed that the behavior is actually by design. The periodic access review is only to show any guest users in Office 365 groups. It's basically just a reminder to check on those accounts to make sure they are still needed. So, approving them does not mean that they no longer need to be reviewed which is why they kept being listed. The ones I had declined were automatically removed which is why they don't show up in any subsequent reviews. For now, I have increased the review frequency from one week to one month, for it to be less annoying. Hope this helps someone else, too. Cheers
