    Hello @Jiang, Benxian Please go to your MS Learn profile and click the "Credentials" tab and make sure to select "View all certifications" option. Now, you'll be able to see all the certifications that you have cleared. Look for the certification for which you're trying to download the certificate and select the "View certification details" option present immediately below that certification. This will open up your certification that you can share, print etc. User's image Please do not forget to "Accept the answer” and “up-vote” wherever the information provided helps you, this can be beneficial to other community members.
