Microsoft Authenticator not working with Azure MFA after reinstall

After reinstalling an Android mobile device, the Microsoft Authenticator does not work with either code or notification. This is Authenticating against Azure AD. During the setup process, the test process works for both notification and code generator. When used 5 minutes later, neither the code nor the notification is working. I've repeated the delete/setup process several times. The only working option is SMS. The notification and code works for Microsoft Account.

Any suggestions?

    @Edvard Gundersen since the whole phone was resinstalled it's possible you need to change the Timezone, which would cause a time draft issue. Also, make sure they're push notifications are enabled.
