Does the user have a valid license and is the AAD user assigned directly or via a AAD group to at least one Windows Virtual Desktop Application Group?

Hi @DT ,

Thanks for the question, you should check with your admin to ensure the resources are setup for your account. If they are there are a few more things to try:

1. Try connecting to the page in an Incognito/InPrivate to flush any cached creds
2. Try using this link here: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient
3. If still having trouble use the 2019 Client link here: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/webclient.
4. You could also try the short link here: http://aka.ms/wvdarmweb
5. If your still having issues and your sure the resources are setup for your account you should ensure your session hosts don't have Drain Mode turned on as this will result in the same error messages.
