Unable to schedule an exam with PersonVue

Question

I try to schedule an Microsoft exam with PersonVue . When I click "go to Pearson Vue button", the following message appear ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND .
I use Edge in private Session and I clear Cache and cookie
I ask PersonVue and they answer that Microsoft must create a personvue account
