Cannot use the discount voucher email for Azure fundamental certification

Question

Hi, I had attended training on Sep 3rd and Sep 4th with email registered as ankur.banerjee@td.com.
When I am trying to do an eligibility check while scheduling the exam I get the below error. Pls help

Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check
