Examen 483: Programación en C #, no me ha llegaro notificiacion

Nice day

I am not notified if I pass the Exam, when I try to send my transcript I get the following message:

" Oops! We encountered an issue in emailing transcript to XXX@Karima ben .com. Please try after some time. If the problem persists, contact Support "

Please help by indicating if there is a problem with my mail.
