No support after locked out from Azure portal due to conditional access

Hello all, unfortunately we locked out our two global administrators from Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, etc. due to the activation of the "Phishing resistant MFA" conditional access rule. Unfortunately we don't have a break glass account / partners with those permissions, etc.

  • One week ago I opened a support case (standard support) and got contacted by the agent and then by the security team for identity verification after two days.
  • Since 3 days, I don't hear anything anymore, support does not reply, nobody is assisting to get access again to our tenant while problems are growing and growing (no Entra ID sync, no access to D365 admin, etc.).

For almost 7 days there is no solution for us.... do you have any idea how we can get help to get this solved? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Unfortunately, when all your Glabal admin are locked, you should your break glass account or ask the help of Microsoft support.
