Surface 6 with corrupted W10

During a download of a SW update my wife's Surface pro 6 got corrupted (we got a Blue screen) and after trying all the recommended options I could not recover the system. When powered up the system goes to repair and when that fails it goes to all the other options including advance repairs. Tried them all including downloading from the cloud after I enter the key. I Attached to unit thru ethernet since the wireless was not up and that did not work either.

I do have an older Surface Pro 4 that still works and my own Surface pro 7 that is my main computer.

What are my options here?

In advance - Many thanks!!

Might also try them here in dedicated surface forums.

    Hi DSPatrick

I did go to the surface group and they suggested to create an OS Image and try that, went thru the all the suggested steps of the process and could not make it work. I sent a msg to the person that suggested to download an OS image and I'm waiting for a response. I may need to get a W10 disk and load from it.

    Thanks for your help!!!
