I had completed AZ 104 successfully, now I have created Ms Learn account but unable to link mt certificate

I had scheduled exam with Pearson and successfully completed AZ 104, i got the confirmation email too Now i created Ms Learn account but unable to find the details there. I want to appear for AZ 305 to get the Azure Architect creds
