authentication issue on new phone

Hello. I lost my phone that was registered with the two-factor authentication app, and now I am completely unable to login anywhere with my office or work account I also can not login again to the authenticator app in my new phone it requires approval through the authenticator app. I didn't add any other alternative recovery method for the app.  What should I do now?  can anyone please help me resolve this issue?

    Hi @Nadir Hussain Khand

    If it's not possible to use a backup to restore Authenticator configuration on your new phone , unfortunately , the only solution is to ask your administrator to reset your MFA registration for your Azure account. For other sites you have to use recovery process for each site in case of lost of your phone.
