Login to 2 organisations with the same address

Question

One of my clients granted me access to some resources, using my organisation's login and password as credentials. This requires an MFA and was previously working on my Authenticator app. However, since I deleted and reinstalled the app, I can't add the second account with same email address anymore. I completed the steps several times and nothing shows up. When connevting to my client's system, I need to use the sms notification because of that. Please help me

If it's not possible to use a backup to restore Authenticator configuration , unfortunately , the only solution is to ask your administrator to reset your MFA registration for your Azure account. For other sites you have to use recovery process for each site in case of lost of your phone.
