Hi, I have a strange problem sins last week, from nowhere I'm connect to internet and be able to make some researched, but erratically I lose all from internet. But I able to connect to my vpn, and some remote support tool and our intranet.
I try a lot of thing , ipconfig /release and renew.
Change to hot spot
I try this :

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

the only think I have different sin last week, or this those update : KB4580364 and KB 4580419, but I not able to associate this to my problem
I have few telework who have this trouble to.
I can understand or figure what's wrong.........

You could try uninstall those KBs to test if the issue can be resolved.
Meanwhile, may I know the connection is wireless connection or wired connection?
You could ping an external IP, such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 to confirm that you have an Internet connection.
If you could receive reply from the ping above, it means your connection is working and the issue may be related to DNS.
You could post the result of "ipconfig /all" for further troubleshooting.

can ping 8.8.8.8
Then DNS may be incorrect. If domain environment use the static ip address of domain controller, otherwise try a different public DNS server (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)

I think I it will be a troble with my Forticlient, I have to do a work around...
