Error (database engine services failed SQL 2022)

I tried downloading different version but it still have the same problems I even download the cumulative update 2022 but still but it still failed here my sumary:

    2024-02-22 17:48:31.10 spid42s There have been 256 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO. The current IO is on file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL16.MSSQLSERVER01\MSSQL\DATA\master.mdf.

    The above message in the log indicates an issue with the sector size on your system. See this Microsoft article for resolutions.

    Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error log for potential causes.

    As the messages says, Viewing the SQL Server Error Log for more details.
