Unable to find my Microsoft Azure certification completed successfully

Hello Team, I am unable to find my Microsoft Azure certification completed successfully. I have my details with me, but do not know which ID to logon with which password and which URL. Details I have are as below:- Candidate ID: MSxxxxxxxxxx Registration: XXXXXXXXX Site Number: XXXXX Please help as to which email support should I reach out to? Which contact number should I call at?
