Im facing issue when i try to sign-in with my MS account , currrently logged in with local admin . Also I cannot setup fingerprint , Windows Hello , its give similar error. When i first got this laptop , i used MS login and it worked and fingerprint , window facelock and everything was working fine.
The laptop doesnt respect sleep setting as well. its set to sleep 1hour but its keep sleeping in 2 minute.

2024-02-24T09:09:33.9666667+00:00 yes it was a new install , yesterday only i swallowed my pride and used RESET THIS DEVICE in setting and selected local re-install of OS and now everything works fine.
