My computer name has changed but not outlook

Today i was using git bash to run some commands for a university project when i had a huge error which resulted my default cloud storage to be maxed out. I tried to buy more storage but i had issues when checking out, so i tried to create a different account to buy it from. My laptop became extremely slow so i decided to restart it but then i noticed that my name was changed from Deric to Derid. i had previously ran git bash as administrator so i dont know if that has anything to do with it and i also made sure my name on all my microsoft accounts were correct, so i couldnt even change the name. Should i be worried of any malware or hacking?
