I completed my Azure Fundamentals cloud skill challenge but I didn't get my certificate. Please check Why and When I get my certification of complete .......

Question

I complete the course before time period still my certificate did not show on my account and neither send on my gmail. I don't know why . I tried to check all things on my hand but i can't find any problem please check as soon as possible my g-mail is <personal e-mail removed>
