    Make sure you've updated all your drivers. Remove any incompatible driver. See if that helps.

    According to your description, please check and upload the error screenshot and dump file.
    C:\Windows\mini dump and memory dump
    Before that, what's your system version and OS build? After upgrading to Win10 2004, have you installed the latest update? Check for update.
