I need to verify my student status to get the sc-900 exam student discount

Question

a while ago I was notified of an initiative in collaboration with Microsoft and my university (An najah national university in Palestine) which offered us students many benefits including the ability to obtain one of few certifications. I'm a student at and I would like to benefit from the students discount to obtain the sc-900 certification but when I tried to verify my academic status with my university's email it said that this domain is not supported and when I tried submitting a class schedule it said we could not verify your student status and I can't try more
