Hello, thanks for taking time to raise this question. From the screenshot included, in the bottom of the instructions pane (on the right), there's a "Next: Before you start" button. When you select this button, you are provided with a new instruction page that includes a button that downloads the necessary files to the D: drive. Please let us know if that doesn't solve your problem.

It shows that there is no Power BI files in your D drive and no folder.

This drive belongs to virtual machine and just for provided sandbox.

Does it mention you should have something there?
