    Hi @RICK-0238 ,
What is your environment? Hybrid deployment or all mailboxes are in Exchange online?
Are there any specific errors when configuration errors occur? If so, please share with us.
1.Please try to upgrade your outlook to the latest version.
2.In order to better find the cause of the error, please use ExRCA to test Autodiscover. If there is a problem, a detailed problem report will be generated.
About ExRCA: Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer
3.If the above test fails, please check the following settings:
1)If all mailboxes in your organization are in Exchange Online, please check the Autodiscover CNAME record.
2)If you have an Exchange hybrid deployment, set up the Autodiscover public DNS records for your existing SMTP domains to point to an on-premises Exchange server.
For more information you could refer to: Outlook can't set up a new profile
4.Please check if there are related error logs in the Event Viewer. If so, please share with us. Please remember to cover your private information.
