how can i link my official id with personal id

Question

i have microsoft profile with my personal id(dineshkumardevraj@Stuff .com)
i have attended azure virtual training:fundamentals (AZ-900) on 28/10 and 29/10 with official mail id to get discount with (dineshkumar.d2@nathaliad .com)

i have to link my official id with my microsoft profile to avail discount/Coupon.

need of some suggestions to sort this out.

Login with your person MS ID and schedule your exam with pearson vue. It will take you to below page where you can add your Org email id and click check eligibility and further there will be a pop up window to link the accounts

You can no longer link Microsoft accounts together:
