Locked out of my LinkedIn account

Hi Team,

I am a LinkedIn user and 2FA (using Microsoft authenticator app) is active for my account.

Yesterday I had to reset the phone and when I reinstalled the Microsoft authenticator app, LinkedIn isn't accepting the codes from the authenticator.

Please help, am locked out of LinkedIn.

@DSPatrick I am prompted to enter code from authenticator even to reset password.

Hi,

I have similar problems with 2FA, it keeps asking me the code but I don't have it. Even I reset password.

Thanks
