Good Afternoon,

We have encountered a case in which during a Teams conference call participants are unable to speak or experiencing delays.

The user feels as if he is on mute until the other party takes a talking break. Only then can they hear him.

Is there some sort of feature that might cause this? I know Teams prioritizes the loudest person on call, but it might be something else.

Are there some troubleshooting steps that we could take?

    Hi @Ivan LTS ,

Does anyone else have the same issue when they join the meeting?

Have you tied to join Teams meeting with Teams web client?

Please make sure you are not on mute when join Teams meeting.

Besides, we recommend you try to make a test call from Teams app to check the issue status. In a test call, you’ll see how your mic, speaker are working. For Test Call, Go to Teams device setting > Choose Make a test call under Audio devices.
