PC Restarts Upon Waking From Sleep

My computer restarts when I wake it from sleep. I am confident this is not a hardware issue as everything works as it should on Linux (Linux is on its own drive, there are no partitions). I disabled restart when there is an error, and when I wake it, the peripherals do not light up, or appear to connect at all. I already tried disabling fast startup.

I recommend checking out Event Viewer for any warnings or errors that occur around the time the computer is waking up from sleep or is being restarted. Events related to restart are: 41, 1074, 1076, 6005, 6006, 6008, 6009
This will show you events when computer was restarted and you can read in the description is there any hint that triggered that. You can also filter by "Kernel-Power" and "Power-Troubleshooter" in the Event Sources.
To open Event Viewer follow steps:

1. Press the ⊞ Win keybutton, search for the eventvwr and start the Event Viewer
2. Expand Windows Logs on the left panel and go to System
3. Right-click on System and select Filter Current Log...
4. Type the following IDs in the <All Event IDs> field and click OK

I think that for the last option you can try reset your power plan settings to default. Open Command Prompt as administrator and type powercfg -restoredefaultschemes. This will reset all power plans to their default settings, which can sometimes resolve conflicts.
