Error trying to connect to host through Hyper-V Manager

I'm trying to add a host server I just set up into Hyper-V Manager (currently have two other hosts in it). I'm getting the error "An error occurred while attempting to connect to server "<ServerName>". Check that the Virtual Machine service is running and that you are authorized to connect to the server." The details say "The operation on computer '<ComputerName>' failed: WinRM cannot process the request. The following error occurred while using Kerberos authentication: Cannot find the computer <ComputerName.Domain>. Verify that the computer exists on the network and that the name provided is spelled correctly."

I am an administrator. I have verified that vmms is running. I can connect to it with RDP, Computer Management, Server Manager on another server, and Windows Admin Center. I jus cannot connect to it with Hyper-V manager from 2 different Win10 machines or from another server.

The server is Hyper-V 2016 core.

Anybody have any ideas what I'm missing?

    Besides, please check if we can use IP address to connect to the Hyper V server manager.

    Just to add to this recommended solution: You must run Hyper-V Manager using an account that is in the Administrators group or Hyper-V Administrators group on the HyperV Server. Otherwise, you will NEVER be able to connect to the Hyper-V host. If your management workstation’s administrator account does not have those capabilities, hold down [Shift] while right-clicking the Hyper-V Manager shortcut, and then choose Run as a different user.

    Thank you @Xiaowei He ! The gpedit part of the document is what worked for me. I really don't understand why this server is different than the others, but hey, as long as it works I'm happy.

    I had this issue for a few weeks, what finally fixed it for me was this powershell command - Type --> winrm invoke Restore winrm/config
