Hi,

May I know if this security label and distribution features can be created and configured in Exchange server and MS Outlook application. Currently using Exchange server 2016 on premise.38966-outlook-iuinehewvd.png

    This is not native functionality, most likely some add-in is installed. Refer to the documentation/support page for said product in order to find out which products it supports.

    Hi @Fieqa ,

    From what I know, there is a security labeling feature available to subscription editions of Office, but it looks different from the screenshot you shared and it doesn't support Exchange 2016. See Learn about sensitivity labels.

    So agree with michev that it doesn't seem like a built-in functionality. And to the best of my knowledge, I am afraid there is no native feature available in either Exchange server 2016 for this.

    Given this, it's suggested to consult the supplier for the product to confirm if it can be configured in your environment.
