Exam Reschedule - Pearson vue will not allow because name on MCP ID and Passport not the same

Good Morning

I was scheduled to do my exam 70-743 yesterday(10/11/2020), i logged onto the website prior to the schedule time provided all my details and Pearson vue agent said that the name on my MCP and Passport / ID is not the same. I have used the same details to complete all my previous exams and it was never an issue. Pearson Vue did not want to reschedule my exam and say that i must pay again- The exam was not released.

Microsoft has updated my details to reflect the name of my passport.
I tried to make another booking but cannot make a book as it still shows that i am scheduled for the same exam.

Please can you assist me in rescheduling the exam or provide a voucher so that i can make another booking.
