SCHANNEL Error 36871 after disable TLS 1.0 ,TLS 1.1 in SharePoint 2013 Server

Hi enabled TLS 1.2 and disable SSL3.0,TLS 1.1 & 1.2 using below article

SharePoint is working fine but using ODBC driver SQL Server is not connecting in the event viewer there are many errors for SCHANNEL : A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

    Hi when i change the Provider to 'SQL Native Client 11.0' , UDL file able to connect SQL Server

    Hi @adil ,

    Per my test, I could reproduce your issue when I disable TLS 1.0 &1.1 and SSL 3.0, only enable TLS 1.2 portal.

    This error is more related to TLS 1.0 disabled in your situation, if we enable TLS 1.0, this error disappeared.

    So for your issue, please provide more information on ODBC driver SQL Server.
