Perspectives names translation in SSAS tabular model

I am working on the translations for multilingual report based on SSAS tabular model.
I am using the JSON import feature for importing translations of tables and columns names.
It works fine, the fields are correctly displayed depending of the power bi user language.

However, I have an problem regarding the translation of perspectives names.
The JSON generated by the model also allows us to put translations for the names of perspectives but it seems to be ineffective.
When connecting to the model deployed on Azure Analysis server with Spanish power bi, it still display perspectives on french (the model base language).

Below a screenshot.

Indications to solve this problem will be welcome, thanks.

    Hi,

I would like to confirm with you that if this issue happened with your Azure Analysis Service ?

Not quite sure for the AAS case, but in On-Prem we could change the perspective caption for this. You could see this tutorial see if you have missed anything in the setting: Tabular Translations Editor

If this not resolves your issue, I have add AAS tag , see if specific support could be offered by AAS team.

    Regards,
    Lukas

    Hello,

Yes the model is deployed to Azure Analysis Service and the issue still persist when the model is deployed On-Prem too.

The Tabular translator editor extension you provided could not be used in my case because it is not applicable to the compatibility level of the model we use (SQL server 2019(1500)) (I tried anyway but I do not have the option to launch the UI for editing translations).

For information when I export the spanish translations that were previously imported, it gives me the following JSON, showing that the model has indeed integrated translations for the perspectives.
But is not reflected when connecting to the model with spanish power bi.

    Hi,

Still this issue revolves two product.

Could you try first with excel to connect to cube see if the translation works in Excel or not ?
So this we could locate the issue in Cube or in Power BI.

    Regards.

    Hi,

Since this issue happens also in Excel, it means this is a design issue that problem is within the cube.
From your JSON screenshot , it looks also all fine.

I would suggest you to follow the steps in Translations in tabular models to add a news translation, see if this could work fine.
It is hard to detect which part went wrong from current info.
