Issue in Azure Open AI Completions

I am trying to use the completions playground in the Azure Open AI, Whenever I am trying to generate I am getting error something like: "Completions call failed: Completions call failed. Please try again." Below is the attached Screenshot for the same. Screenshot (158)

@AJIT CHAUDHARY Is this a consistent error with your deployment? Did you retry or use a different deployment to check if the same error occurs? I would recommend to configure diagnostic settings on your resource and then check if additional details are available in the logs. Thanks!!

@romungi-MSFT I tried to use a different deployment yesterday after this issue occurred. And both the deployment started to work and the issue was gone automatically. But when I am testing it again the same error started to occur.

It could be a quota issue if it is intermittent with a certain period of time. Could you check if you can update the quotas for TPM for this particular deployment?

@AJIT CHAUDHARY Could you try adding diagnostic logging to your resource? I think this could provide additional details of the error whenever it occurs. Thanks!!
