Forget certificate credentials Microsoft AI classroom series

sir,
i have done all modules of microsoft ai classroom series and i also got my certification by successfully passing the assessment and i download it but forget where i saved it so i want to download it again but the portal is closed now
what should i do sir please help!

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
