Document Intelligence - Custom extraction. Different answer in Testing and REST API

Good morning. I have this behaviour in some of my models generally it happens with checkboxes. If I run a test of the model on de document intelligence studio it works great, it returns selected on the selected checkboxes, same document using the endpoint for the same model returns unselected :( Has anyone had the same issue? I am using the API version (3.1 General). Also, I would like to ask as I don't know another way to do it, as this model is not working as expected if I decide to implement a new model, is not possible to extend the old model? Do I need to create a new one and re-label everything? I understand is the way and is for that existing 'Auto label' but just in case. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the inconveniences that has caused.

We will definitely share this feedback with the product team regarding the checkbox performance for API version (3.1 General). Try with the 2023-10-31-preview version to see if that helps.

Regarding your question about extending/ upgrading the existing model, you can select the project and choose upgrade option as shown here. You can upgrade the API version with this feature.
