My Hotmail account is look due to wrong password, i haev verified myself 3 times to re-activate my hotmail but did not receive any response from Microsoft.

Question

I have forgotten my hotmail password and it got locked. I have then gone through the verification process and answered all questions and info required by Microsoft, but to date no reply. I have been trying since September .
