Publish in Azure from Jenkins with a Bad Request caused by Certificate

Hi all, We are trying to publish to Azure Cloud Service (classic) from Jenkins but we are getting a Bad Request error:
Set-AzureDeployment : BadRequest : Certificate with thumbprint [...] associated
with HTTPS input endpoint Endpoint2 does not contain private key.
But the certificate contains a private key.
The certificate was previously uploaded to Azure through Azure Portal and it's active.
Are we missing any step?
