What are the absolute minimum required URLs to activate an office 365 installation of Excel?

When deploying Excel from Office 365 for Enterprise on a heavily locked down system, what are the absolute minimum requirements for URL access to allow excel to activate. No use of any online services will be permitted on this system, we only need Excel to Sign in and Activate.

EDIT:

Things to note:

  • The full office suite is installed but only excel is actually used.
  • The system it is installed on is not otherwise allowed to connect to public internet.

    Hi,

    Did you mean you only want to install Excel app?

    Normally, it is not possible to activate a program separately if you activate the entire Office suite, but if you purchase a separate Excel program, you can activate it separately. So for the entire Office suite, all you can do is not follow the other programs, just install Excel.
