I have a problem in my UHRS account

Hello, I created an account on a clickworker, the account have been deactivated for some issues and I contacted them and it's now activated, the problem is my UHRS account is blocked and click worker support told me it's because quality, and I didn't even worked on the account I just took one or two trainings, what should I do?
