Hello, I purchased a license for Copilot 365 a few days ago and have been trying it out but have some issues. One of the main features I was interested in was that of being able to draft a document and then tell CoPilot to use an existing document as the template ("make it look like"). I am able to have CoPilot draft a document but when I open the chat (on the right), the "/" doesn't work and CoPilot cannot make any changes to the document created. I have looked everywhere but cannot find any answers. Is anyone able to help me understand what the issue is? Thanks in advance
