Suddenly can't open the windows appliation

Question

Hi! I using my application without issues until now. But, recently, suddenly I can not open my application if my application 's name have Japanese characters. If I change my application's name to only English characters, then I can open my application normally. I guest because for "auto Windows Update" feature has changed .net framework which I am using to run my application. There are some error when I check error at event viewer of Windows. 障害が発生しているモジュール名: ucrtbase.dll、バージョン: 10.0.19041.3636、タイム AppError.txt WindowError.txt Report.wer.txt It seem there are some error about dll ucrtbase.dll. YOu can check detail error at attached files. ****About my environment ・Windows: Windows 10 Pro ・Version: 22H2 ・Installed date: 20/06/2023 ・OS build: 19045.3930 ****About Application information ・.NET framework: 4.5 ・WPF windows application I don't know which is root cause crash my application when my app name is japanese. Could you help me check it.

Sorry for reply you late.

I checked according to your suggestion, there are no problems at all, but the issue still occur.

1. .NET Framework Tested with change almost .NET framework
2. Windows Update All packages was updated except "Upgrade to Windows 11"
3. Application Dependencies and Application Compatibility I think it's not related to this issue. Reason: my application is running okie for along time and suddenly can not startup app again(Don't have update source code of my app)

About source code to reproduce this issue.

Only create new WPF windows application with app name is japanese name. Then the problem will be occur when you click on EXE file to run app.(and it will be okie if it is english name).

Not only me, other my customer also occur with the same issues.

My develop team and my computer of company can not reproduce this issue.

Some of my customers are reporting the same issue. Software was working fine before but has now started crashing on some computers. Error was fixed by removing scandinavian letters Ä and Ö from the executable name.
