error in Exchange 2010 upgrade to 365 hybrid

    Hi @Adi ,

    Do you still want to keep some mailboxes on-premises? If so, considering that Exchange 2010 has already reached the end of support lifecycle, it's highly recommended to introduce Exchange 2016 into your current environment and then use Exchange 2016 as the hybrid endpoint. Be sure to read through the Hybrid deployment prerequisites before running HCW.
