SCOm 2022 deploy Agent with Management Server Action Account issue

Hi, I have SCOM 2022 with SQL 2019 CU27 and cannot deploy Agent on any Computer wit my created DOMAIN\scomaa – Management Server Action Account. That Account has local Admin right on my SCOM 2022.

I get the error message

Access is denied.

Error 80070005

The same with domain Administrator Account can I not deploy the agent.

As I know the account should have a logon as service and my account is added as "logon as service"

I have deployed a Agent manually on the remote machine, it shows me "Not monitoring" I did try to delete the agent but getting the error

Could not allocate a new page for database because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full due to lack of storage space or database files reaching the maximum allowed size. Note that UNLIMITED files are still limited to 16TB. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

any idea?

You could check configure Maximum File Size and AutoGrowth of primary files. You can find the settings with following instructions:
