Is it possible to export hashed passwords from Azure AD B2C

We currently have a tenant in Azure Active Directory B2C. There is a need to possibly migrate from B2C to a different CIAM. We would like to know if B2C offers any migration strategy or export functionality that can give us the hashed passwords so that we can have a straightforward migration for our users.
