Outlook old not working but (New) does

Hey I get this error when opening outlook as user in our company:
a78f8844-dc6b-43c5-baa1-d241ecb65152 It says that the program outlook couldnt start because it cannot open group of folders.

But when I open it as Admin I get this:

    I think that this indicates a permissions issue with your user profile. You need to ensure proper folders permissions. Take right click and then properties > security and check the read and modify permissions for your user. If not grant permissions to your user. Hope this will help.

    This issue may be caused by a corrupted profile. Try creating a new profile and see if this issue can be fixed.

    Select Windows Start button, type control panel in the Search box, then select the Control Panel app. Choose Mail. In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, choose Show Profiles > Add. In the Profile Name box, type the name you want to use for your new profile. Then re-add the account.

    We have the same error at lots of users. It started at 02.28, and still have it. And it's appears on more and more PC... Maybe an update?
