Hello,
Here are a few steps you can take to try and diagnose the problem:
Check Event Viewer: Windows logs system errors and warnings in Event Viewer. Open Event Viewer, navigate to Windows Logs > System and look for any critical errors. This might give you a clue about what’s causing the issue. For example, event id 41, if the detail information displays the bug check is 0, it could be related to your hardware. (PSU). If the bug check says a number code, you may need to check dump file, it could be caused by a system crash.
Run Memory Diagnostic: Open the start menu and type “Windows Memory Diagnostic” and follow the prompts to test your computer’s RAM.
Check for Overheating: Use a program like HWMonitor to check your CPU and GPU temperatures. If they’re running hot, it could be causing your PC to reboot.
Reset BIOS/UEFI to Default: If you’ve overclocked your PC, try resetting your BIOS/UEFI settings to default.
