Windows Domain PC intermittent encounter issues like freezing when browsing windows file server or access files in the shared folder

Some weird issues encounter. The windows PC in my main office does not have error such issues. But once they moved in to the branch office the issues will intermittently appear. The branch office has branch server setup such as domain controller that connect back to the main office. The branch office need to connect to the wan network to connect back to office domain controller. The file server they access are located in the main office

    Hello,

    Factors such as file server resources (including CPU\RAM\network card\etc.), network devices (including router/switch/cable/etc.), client device device (including software effecting) should be considered.

    Network Monitor and Process Monitor may be helpful for you to capture details and have basic troubleshooting.
